Concept design
3D visualization

Mid-rise residential tower with curved timber balconies seen from the street — The tower from the street.

The concept

The facade takes its cue from the gentle forms of the desert: warm tones and flowing textures that echo the movement of sand dunes. The result stays modern and clean while feeling warm and welcoming, like home.
